2. Products & Prices
Prices shown on the website include VAT at 24%. Prices may be adjusted due to fluctuations in raw-material prices, particularly gold. The price displayed at the time the order is completed applies.
Our jewelry is largely handmade, so weights and dimensions may vary slightly from those stated. Photographs are indicative and slight colour differences may appear depending on your screen.
3. Order & Completion
An order is considered complete once you receive a confirmation with the order number. The Company may decline or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, an obvious pricing error, or inability to verify your details; you will be notified and any amount paid will be refunded.
4. Payment Methods
Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) and IRIS are processed securely through the certified Viva Payments / Viva Wallet platform. The Company does not store card details. Data is transmitted encrypted (SSL/TLS).
Cash on delivery: available only for deliveries within Greece and for orders up to €200 (goods value). A cash-on-delivery fee of €5 applies; it is shown in the order summary before checkout and added to the final amount payable. Payment is made in cash to the courier upon delivery.
Payment at the store: available only when store pickup is selected. Payment is made upon collection.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free for all orders within Greece. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days via BoxNow parcel lockers and/or a partner courier (ACS or BOX NOW). Once shipped, you receive an email with the tracking number and a tracking link. Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
Store pickup: you may choose to collect your order from our store (Vasileos Pavlou 42, Kria Vrisi, 58300, Greece) at no shipping cost. You will be notified by email as soon as the order is ready. Unpaid pickup orders are held for 5 days and are cancelled if not collected. Orders already paid online are not subject to this deadline.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Under Greek Law 2251/1994 and Directive 2011/83/EU, you may withdraw without giving a reason within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, together with the proof of purchase. We will refund the amount paid within fourteen (14) days of receiving the return, using the same payment method.
Products made to order or personalised to your specifications (e.g. engraved jewelry, wedding bands, special orders) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. For any return or exchange, please contact us first at info@ilioro.com or 2382063400.
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at info@ilioro.com or 2382063400. If the order has already been shipped, the withdrawal/return procedure applies.
8. Warranty & Defective Products
Each product carries the statutory guarantee of conformity. In case of a genuine defect or lack of an agreed characteristic, you have the rights provided by law (repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal). For branded watches, the warranty is provided by the manufacturer's official representative.
9. Limitation of Liability
