14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to return the product you purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt, without stating a reason, under Greek Law 2251/1994.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, unused (beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics), together with the proof of purchase.

Procedure

Before any return or exchange, contact us at info@ilioro.com or 2382063400 so we can guide you. After we receive and inspect the product, we refund the amount within fourteen (14) days, using the same payment method you used.

Exceptions

Made-to-order or personalised products (e.g. engraved jewelry, wedding bands, special orders) are excepted and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
