We collect only the data necessary to complete and deliver your order: name, delivery address or pickup point, phone and e-mail. Card payments are handled by Viva Payments — we neither receive nor store card details.

Purpose & legal basis

We process your data to perform the sales contract (order fulfilment, shipping, support, returns) and to comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Recipients

Your data is shared only with the recipients strictly necessary to complete your order: the courier/BoxNow for delivery and the payment provider (Viva Payments) for the transaction.

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as needed to serve your order and thereafter for as long as required by our tax and accounting obligations.
